Introduction

This stage connects a rooftop's dealer systems to Vini: the CRM, the inventory feed (IMS) and vehicle history. For each integration you list the available partners, read what is already saved, save the rooftop's choice, and then mark the checklist task done. The inventory feed is set up with its own workflow endpoints instead of the shared save endpoint.

Sales agents need the CRM, inventory and vehicle history integrations.

EndpointMethod and pathWhat it does
List CRM and scheduler partnersGET /integrations/registryLists active CRM, service scheduler or DMS partners.
List inventory and history partnersGET /partner/categoryLists active inventory feed, photo, CGI or vehicle history partners.
Read a saved integrationGET /central-config/v1/integrationReturns the integration saved for a rooftop and entity, or an empty object.
Save an integrationPOST /console/v1/product-onboarding/integrationSaves the CRM, vehicle history or service scheduler partner and registers the partner link.
Set CRM lead sync rulesPUT /leads/dealer/v1/crm-config/leads-syncSets which Vini conversations are written to the dealer's CRM.
List inventory feed workflowsGET /partner/input-workflowLists a rooftop's inventory feed workflows with rules and latest file.
Create an inventory feed workflowPOST /partner/input-workflowCreates the workflow that receives the rooftop's inventory feed.
Update an inventory feed workflowPUT /partner/input-workflow/{id}Updates an existing inventory feed workflow by id.

Every path starts with https://api.spyne.ai. Send the signed-in console user's session token as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN. Read a saved integration has no authentication check.

Which integrations each agent needs

The checklist creates these Integrations tasks per agent segment. When an integration is saved, mark its task done with Mark a checklist task done in the Checklist section, using the exact task name below.

Agent (checklist segment)IntegrationMark done asPages used
Sales inbound, Sales outboundCRMCRM IntegrationList CRM and scheduler partners, Read, Save, CRM lead sync
Sales inbound, Sales outboundInventory (IMS)IMS IntegrationList inventory and history partners, List, Create or Update a feed workflow
Sales inbound, Sales outboundVehicle historyVehicle History IntegrationList inventory and history partners, Read, Save

The exact task list per segment is stored as configuration data, not in code. Confirm it against the live checklist for each product.

SaveTask it completesWhen the UI marks it done
Save an integration with entity: "CRM", then CRM lead syncCRM IntegrationAfter both succeed.
Save an integration with entity: "CAR_HISTORY"Vehicle History IntegrationAfter the save succeeds.
Create or update the IMS workflowIMS IntegrationOnly when the IMS workflow save succeeds. Saving photo or CGI workflows alone does not complete it.

The UI sends no segmentName, so each task is completed in every segment of the rooftop. None of these saves completes the task on the server; only the separate checklist call does. It is marked done on any successful save and does not check that the partner link was approved or verified.
