Managing Your Inventory in Spyne

View your inventory

In the bottom navigation bar, tap on Inventory to view your complete vehicle inventory.

You can filter your inventory by Date, Products Processed, Processing Status, and Source.

Use the search bar to quickly find vehicles by VIN, Stock Number, Registration Number, Make, Model, Year, Trim, and more.

If a vehicle has not been transformed yet, you will see a Resume Shoot / Start Shoot button on its card. Click this button to capture or continue capturing the vehicle’s media.

Understanding Inventory Statuses:

• Draft: The shoot has not been completed by the user.
• Uploading: The shoot is completed, and media is currently uploading to Spyne servers.
• Processing: The vehicle’s media is being transformed by AI.
• Completed: The AI transformation process is finished.
• Under Review: The transformed media is currently under review by Spyne.
• Assured: The review is complete and approved by Spyne.
